PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only information you choose to provide through subscriptions, contact forms, prayer requests and connection forms. We use it to respond to your request, manage your preferences and provide services you requested.

After Amen prayer requests are private by default. Anonymous and permission-to-share choices are honored. A prayer request is never used as editorial content without explicit permission.

Subscriber records include contact information, consent time, source, time zone and subscription status. Provider delivery begins only after an approved service is connected. You may unsubscribe or request suppression at any time.

Access to private submissions is limited to authorized staff through role-based controls. We do not sell private prayer requests or subscriber information.

Comment accounts. When you sign in to comment, we store your email address, sign-in method and display name. Your display name, comments, replies and like counts are public; your email is never shown. We keep likes, reports you submit and moderation records (including the reason a comment was held, hidden or removed) so editors can review them. Reports are anonymous to the person reported. You may ask us to delete your comments or account through the contact page.

Paid promotion requests. When you request a promotion, we collect your contact details, social handles, promotion details and uploaded files. Files are stored privately and are visible only to authorized Kulture Newz staff. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we store the payment ID, amount, status and date, never full card numbers. We use this information to review, schedule, deliver and report on your promotion, and we do not share it with other customers.
