Ye Submits Deluxe Album 'BULLY' and High-Profile Collaborations for Grammy Consideration
Grammy submission details reported by HotNewHipHop show Ye has entered his album BULLY (DELUXE) and several featured tracks into general and genre categories for the upcoming Grammy voting cycle. According to reporting from HotNewHipHop citing NFR Podcast, the entries span major awards such as Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year alongside specialized rap and pop categories.

Grammy voting has officially kicked off, and Ye is aiming for major honors across general and rap fields with his latest project, according to reporting by HotNewHipHop. Drawing from details originally shared by NFR Podcast, the artist submitted his project BULLY (DELUXE) along with four individual tracks for Grammy consideration across songwriting, performance, album, and technical categories.
HotNewHipHop reported that BULLY (DELUXE) was submitted for Album of the Year and Best Rap Album. The project is also being considered in technical divisions, with entries for Best Album Cover as well as Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical. The project originally debuted in March before being expanded into a deluxe version in June, marking a return to a more standard release structure following years of unconventional rollouts.
Several tracks from the album received individual pushes for honors. According to the reported submissions, 'FATHER,' which features Travis Scott, was entered into major general-field categories including Record of the Year and Song of the Year, in addition to Best Rap Song. Meanwhile, 'KING,' the opening track on the album, was submitted for Best Rap Performance.
Collaborations on the deluxe edition also expand Ye’s entries into broader genre categories. 'I CAN’T WAIT,' featuring Ms. Lauryn Hill, was submitted for Best Melodic Rap Performance. Additionally, 'ALL THE LOVE,' featuring André Troutman, was entered for consideration in Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, according to HotNewHipHop's report.
These submissions represent the initial stage of the Grammy process rather than official nominations. The Recording Academy reviews all submitted work for category placement and eligibility before voting members cast ballots. As noted by HotNewHipHop, first-round voting is scheduled from Oct. 12 through Oct. 22, with final nominations set to be announced on Nov. 16.
Throughout his career, Ye has accumulated 24 Grammy awards from 76 nominations, yet the general-field Album of the Year trophy has eluded him. Previous submissions for Album of the Year included landmark releases such as The College Dropout, Late Registration, Graduation, and Donda, none of which claimed the top album award. These latest entries offer another opportunity for recognition in categories beyond his historic rap victories.
