Tinashe Announces 18-City ‘The Show Must Go On’ North American Spring Tour
Tinashe has revealed dates for her 18-stop 'The Show Must Go On' North American headline tour scheduled for spring 2027. The cross-country trek builds on the Billboard top 10 success of her eighth album, with ticket sales launching this week.

Tinashe is set to launch an 18-city North American headline tour titled "The Show Must Go On" in spring 2027, according to reporting by AllHipHop. The newly announced trek expands her live footprint following the commercial success of her eighth studio album, Popstar, which recently delivered a career-best chart milestone for the singer.
According to an announcement from her team reported by AllHipHop, the tour will officially kick off on April 14, 2027, at The Bomb Factory in Dallas, Texas. The opening leg remains in the Lone Star State for consecutive dates in Austin on April 15 and Houston on April 16 before charting a path through the South, the East Coast, and into the western United States. Malkin Bowl in Vancouver will serve as the sole Canadian stop on May 10, ahead of the tour finale scheduled for May 15 at Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles.
Ticket sales are scheduled to begin this week via the performer's official website, AllHipHop reported. Artist presales open on Tuesday, October 20, at 10 a.m. local time, with general ticket sales opening on Wednesday, October 21, also at 10 a.m. local time. Concertgoers in Portland will encounter a temporary delay for the planned May 8 date, as tour organizers noted that the venue selection and ticket on-sale timing for that stop will be released later.
The upcoming spring schedule builds upon the singer's recent "3 Nights With A Popstar" showcase, which featured appearances in Chicago, Brooklyn, and Los Angeles. According to her representatives, all three dates on that run sold out. Her immediate itinerary includes a performance at the Brooklyn Paramount on October 24 before concluding that fall series at the Hollywood Palladium on November 7. Ahead of her headline tour, Tinashe will also appear at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on April 2 and April 3, 2027, supporting Harry Styles.
The tour serves as a live presentation of Popstar, which was released on September 25 with 16 tracks, including "Melatonin," "Nobody Wanna Dance Anymore," and the slow-tempo record "I’d Rather Be Alone." The project earned Tinashe her first career top 10 placement on the Billboard 200 chart by debuting at No. 6. Her previous peak on the tally occurred when her 2014 debut album, Aquarius, reached No. 17.
The current momentum arrives two years after the viral success of her single "Nasty." In earlier comments documented by AllHipHop from a discussion with producer Kaytranada, Tinashe explained that capitalizing on viral visibility was crucial for sustaining a durable career. Discussing her genre-spanning vision with Apple Music host Zane Lowe, the singer explained that the project title reflects a broad sonic identity: "When I think of the word 'popstar,' I don’t think of it as something that’s exclusionary of other genres."
