Ryan Anderson, the ex-husband of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, has publicly addressed the sudden passing of her fiancé Ken Urker. Speaking on a podcast, Anderson shared his condolences, dismissed online conspiracy theories, and offered support to Blanchard and her young daughter.

Ryan Anderson, the ex-husband of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, has broken his silence following the sudden death of Blanchard's fiancé, Ken Urker. According to reporting published by Hollywood Unlocked, Anderson shared his reaction to the news during an appearance on the Oct. 2 episode of "The Sarah Fraser Show." He explained that Urker's passing took him completely by surprise and that he took immediate steps to extend his condolences to Blanchard's family.
During the podcast episode, Anderson revealed that he sent a text message to his former father-in-law, Gypsy Rose Blanchard's father, as soon as he heard of Urker's death. Anderson explained that he informed Blanchard's father that he is prepared to be there for Blanchard whenever she feels ready to reach out. He made clear that he still cares deeply for his ex-wife and maintains concern for both her and her 21-month-old daughter, Aurora Raina Urker, whom Blanchard shared with Urker.
Speaking on the broadcast, Anderson addressed whether he expects Blanchard to contact him during this difficult time. "I don't know if she will [reach out] or not. But, if she does, I would be there for her. Strictly as just being there for her. 'Cause I always was," Anderson stated, according to Hollywood Unlocked's coverage of the interview.
In addition to offering support, Anderson directly confronted ongoing internet speculation and social media rumors regarding the circumstances surrounding Urker's death. He addressed false claims and clickbait comments circulating online, acknowledging that some commentators were fabricating theories about Blanchard's potential involvement. Anderson stated he understands why some observers might raise questions given her public past, but he firmly dismissed the speculation, noting that he does not believe Blanchard had anything to do with Urker's passing and describing the event as an unfortunate accident.
According to verified reporting, Urker was found dead on Oct. 1, which was his 34th birthday. He was discovered by Blanchard's brother, Dylan Blanchard. The Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office and Blanchard subsequently confirmed to TMZ that law enforcement deputies located drug paraphernalia near the location where Urker was found. Blanchard has also publicly expressed her belief that Urker was subjected to intense, relentless online harassment and cyberbullying leading up to his death.
Throughout his interview, Anderson reiterated that his willingness to help Blanchard is rooted strictly in supportive care for her and her child. Kulture Newz has not independently confirmed further details regarding official law enforcement investigative findings beyond the statements provided by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office.
