Music listeners are facing an expansive lineup of new studio recordings, commemorative reissues, and historical archives throughout November. A compilation of scheduled dates reported by Rolling Stone Music reveals an eclectic mix of contemporary hip-hop, historic jazz recordings, classic rock box sets, and pop milestones arriving on shelves and streaming services.

Among the notable contemporary rap entries on the calendar is Skepta's project titled "The Fork and the Knife," issued through Big Smoke and Epic Records. Grime and international rap enthusiasts will see the British artist return alongside American underground fixture Conway the Machine, who is slated to deliver his project "Otis" via Drumwork, according to reporting from Rolling Stone Music.

Historic and archival releases also form a centerpiece of the monthly rollout. Jazz historians and listeners are anticipating "The Tiberi Tapes" from legendary saxophonist John Coltrane, scheduled for distribution through Impulse! and Verve. In addition, British soul and funk pioneer Labi Siffre sees classic material revisited with "Labi Siffre 1975 (Remember My Song and Happy)" via Edsel and Demon Music Group, as listed in the magazine's roundup.

Rock, pop, and electronic genres are equally represented on the November slate. Veteran rock band U2 is set to release their 16th studio record, titled "Carnaval De Luz," on Island Records, while Shygirl delivers her sophomore album "Swallow!" through Because Music four years after her debut effort. Indie singer-songwriter Sufjan Stevens is marked for the release of an EP titled "Worst Christmas Ever!" on Asthmatic Kitty.

Anniversary editions and major physical retrospectives will also see commercial distribution this month. Rolling Stone Music noted that Britney Spears will mark a milestone with the "Britney (25th Anniversary Edition)" on RCA and Legacy, while Motörhead celebrates four decades with "Orgasmatron (40th Anniversary Edition)" on Sanctuary and BMG. Additionally, Alanis Morissette is slated to issue "Good Weather for Immaculate Conception" through Epiphany Music, accompanied by an extensive 39-disc box set and liner notes booklet.

The diverse slate spans sound and time, incorporating live recordings such as Florence + the Machine's "Everybody Scream Tour Live" and Kim Deal's "Live at the Barbican," offering music fans across communities a varied array of sounds as the year winds down.
