Kylie Jenner to Star and Executive Produce Hulu Thriller 'Bachelorette Weekend'
Kylie Jenner has landed her first major scripted starring role in the Hulu thriller series 'Bachelorette Weekend.' The project, which Jenner will also executive produce alongside Kim Kardashian, follows the mysterious murder of a bride during a getaway with her closest friends.

Reality television star and business mogul Kylie Jenner is set to step into her first major scripted lead role in an upcoming Hulu thriller series titled "Bachelorette Weekend," according to reporting by Complex citing Deadline.
In the proposed drama, which is currently nearing a straight-to-series order at the streaming platform, Jenner will portray a bride whose celebratory getaway takes a sinister turn when she is found dead in a swimming pool. The series centers on the aftermath of the tragedy, casting the bride's closest friends as primary suspects while unraveling the events that led to her untimely death. Although Jenner's character dies early in the narrative timeline, industry reports describe her character as the structural "North Star" of the mystery, with flashbacks and investigative turns reconstructing the fatal weekend.
Beyond her role on camera, Jenner will also serve as an executive producer on the project. She is joined in executive producer roles by her elder sister Kim Kardashian, show creator and writer Lauren Oliver, and Aaron Kaplan of Kapital Entertainment. Jaiden Kaplan will serve as a co-executive producer on the production.
The story originated from an unpublished novel by Flora Collins, known for titles such as "Nanny Dearest" and "A Small Affair." Oliver, who previously authored bestselling novels including "Before I Fall" and the "Delirium" trilogy, developed the book property through her production outfit StoryGiants and penned the television adaptation.
According to reports, Kapital Entertainment developed the project internally before presenting the completed script to Kardashian. Recognizing the narrative potential, Kardashian framed the project as an ideal starring vehicle for her younger sister.
While Jenner and Kardashian already maintain a prominent streaming presence as executive producers and stars of Hulu's unscripted series "The Kardashians"—which is set to launch its eighth season on October 8—this project represents Jenner's most significant move into scripted dramatic acting. Prior to this role, her scripted experience included a cameo appearance in the A24 film "The Moment," starring musician Charli xcx.
The shift toward dramatic acting comes alongside Jenner's recent pop-culture revisitation of her mid-2010s "King Kylie" identity. Over the summer, Jenner revived her signature pink hair for a Dunkin' marketing campaign, noting at the time that the project was intended to bring back her nostalgic persona in a playful manner. Her musical ventures under the moniker also include the electro-pop track "Fourth Strike," featuring the Los Angeles duo Terror Jr.
Kulture Newz will monitor further development updates as Hulu finalizes the series order and casting details.
