Academy Award-winning actor and entertainer Jamie Foxx has reportedly expanded his family, welcoming a baby with his girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp, according to a report published by People.

The newborn marks the first child for the 31-year-old Huckstepp and the third for Foxx, who is 58 years old. People reported that sources confirmed the birth, though representatives for Foxx did not immediately provide an official response to requests for comment. Kulture Newz has not independently confirmed additional details regarding the baby's arrival.

Foxx is already a father to two adult daughters from prior relationships. He shares his eldest daughter, 32-year-old Corinne Foxx, with his former partner Connie Kline. His second daughter, 18-year-old Anelise Bishop, is shared with former partner Kristin Grannis.

According to People, Foxx and Huckstepp first began dating in 2023. The outlet reported that the pair separated for more than a year before rekindling their relationship in early 2025, with news that the couple was expecting following a few months after their reunion. The Shade Room previously reported that the entertainer was expecting his third child.

The news quickly generated significant engagement across social media platforms, with commentators expressing surprise at Foxx fathering a child at age 58. While several online observers extended warm congratulations to the couple, others responded with humor regarding the responsibilities of caring for an infant later in life.

Much of the online commentary also referenced Foxx's stand-up material from his Netflix comedy special, 'What Had Happened Was...' In the special, Foxx addressed his recovery following a serious 2023 medical emergency and made lighthearted remarks regarding his romantic preferences.

During the televised performance, Foxx joked about no longer dating white women following his recovery. 'I’ve been cured,' Foxx stated in the special. 'No more white girls… I’m back on the Black side of town!'

Following reports of the newborn's arrival, numerous users across Instagram recalled those specific stage jokes, pointing out the humorous contrast between his stand-up routine and his continuing relationship with Huckstepp. Neither Foxx nor Huckstepp has released a formal public statement addressing the social media commentary.
