Diamond Brown Accuses Chris Brown of Harassment and Threats in Court Documents

Diamond Brown, the former partner and mother of singer Chris Brown's daughter, has alleged in court filings obtained by TMZ that the performer has engaged in a pattern of harassment and intimidation targeting her personal life.

According to the court documents, Diamond claims Brown has directed severe threats toward men she has dated since their relationship ended two years ago. In the filings, Diamond stated that despite Brown being in a new relationship and having another child, he becomes extremely angry whenever she attempts to date other people. She alleged that Brown issued death threats against her most recent boyfriend as well as the boyfriend's twin brother. According to the court papers, Diamond also claimed that third parties acting on Brown's behalf delivered additional threats.

Diamond further asserted in the legal records that a similar pattern occurred with another man she dated approximately two years ago following her breakup with the singer. She stated that both romantic relationships ended directly as a result of Brown's ongoing harassment, adding that she should not be left scared to move on with her life due to his resentment.

According to TMZ's review of the documents, Diamond described Brown's conduct as disturbing, harassing, and extremely frightening. She alleged that Brown has attempted to harass her through social media platforms and recently had an angry outburst in front of their young daughter, Lovely, during a birthday event. Diamond stated that while Brown's work takes him out of town frequently, he has not requested to see their daughter in the past six to seven months.

The court filing indicates that Diamond's legal counsel has contacted Brown's attorney since March requesting an end to the behavior. While Diamond stated she has avoided filing a formal domestic violence restraining order in hopes of resolving the issue without court intervention, she noted in the filings that she feels as though she has been living under siege and seeks the right to peaceful enjoyment of her life.

Beyond the allegations of harassment, the court documents detail an ongoing legal battle regarding child support. According to the reporting, Diamond claims she earns $1,500 per month, while estimating Brown's net worth to be approximately $50 million. She alleged that Brown has refused to provide required financial documentation to calculate monthly support payments and has attempted to run her out of money by stalling discovery.

Diamond noted in the filing that Brown has previously purchased luxury vehicles for the mothers of his other children, specifically referencing a pink Porsche and a black Cadillac Escalade posted on social media, while resisting adequate support for their daughter. In response to the claims, an email from Brown's attorney included in the court records stated that the singer denies all allegations of harassment and requested specific details, claiming Diamond has posted inappropriate material online. TMZ reported that Diamond originally filed her lawsuit over child support and custody in May 2026.
