BLACK ENTERPRISE is preparing to commemorate a decade of leadership development and economic empowerment when it convenes the 10th Anniversary of its XCEL Summit for Men. Scheduled to run from Oct. 21 through Oct. 23, 2026, the three-day gathering will take place at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, according to an announcement published by Black Enterprise.

More than 800 corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators are expected to gather at the milestone event. Black Enterprise reported that the summit is designed to foster professional advancement, facilitate multimillion-dollar commercial agreements, and confront persistent wealth equity imbalances. Organizers confirmed that registration is already open, allowing attendees early access to three full days of curated programming, keynote panels, and high-level networking forums.

The landmark anniversary edition features an expansive roster of speakers and honorees drawn from business, technology, athletics, and entertainment. According to Black Enterprise, confirmed keynote participants include Robert L. Johnson, the founder and chairman of The RLJ Companies and founder of BET; Calvin Butler, the president and chief executive officer of Exelon; Dr. Bernard Harris, a veteran NASA astronaut and chief executive officer of Vesalius Ventures; Isiah Thomas, NBA Hall of Famer and chairman of ISIAH International; and Kirk Franklin, a 20-time Grammy Award-winning gospel music artist and producer.

A central focus of the Orlando gathering centers on confronting systemic obstacles in corporate advancement and venture capital allocation. Black Enterprise noted that Black men remain significantly underrepresented across executive C-suite offices and in institutional equity investment positions. The conference intends to directly target this documented equity divide by offering participants direct access to influential decision-makers and capital providers.

To accomplish this, the three-day agenda integrates structured deal-making forums, peer-to-peer masterclasses, wealth preservation seminars, and dedicated executive coaching suites. Black Enterprise reported that attendees will be able to analyze corporate executive compensation structures, refine day-to-day operational workflows, and construct high-yield professional networks capable of accelerating business growth.

Organizers pointed out that the XCEL Summit for Men functions as a bridge connecting traditional corporate strategies with modern financial innovation. As Black Enterprise marks ten years of hosting the conference, the publication stated that the gathering remains committed to redefining executive leadership, expanding enterprise scale, and driving long-term economic mobility and financial sovereignty for Black professionals nationwide.
