Alabama State quarterback Andrew Body, the reigning SWAC Offensive Player of the Year, signed an NIL partnership with Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. Body led the Hornets to their first 10-win season in over two decades last year.
Alabama State quarterback Andrew Body has added Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers to his growing NIL portfolio, according to Sneaker Shop Talk. Body enters the season as one of the most accomplished quarterbacks in HBCU football.
Last season Body completed 70.5% of his passes for 1,770 yards, 20 touchdowns and just one interception while rushing for 518 yards and four scores, helping Alabama State to its first 10-win season in more than two decades. He was also named the 2025 Stats Perform HBCU National Player of the Year.
Body enters 2026 on the Walter Payton Award watch list and as the SWAC's preseason Offensive Player of the Year.
