According to a statement published by Music In Africa, the Music In Africa Conference for Collaborations, Exchange and Showcases, known as ACCES, has officially opened its call for exhibitors for its 2026 trade event in Johannesburg, South Africa. The pan-African gathering offers a dedicated platform designed for music industry creators, entrepreneurs, record labels, and commercial brands to present their work, generate prospective business connections, and expand strategic partnerships across continental and international markets.

The annual trade show is produced by the Music In Africa Foundation, a non-profit pan-African organization, in official partnership with the City of Joburg. Held in a different African host city each year, ACCES functions as a vital meeting ground for active music industry professionals, executives, and talent scouts seeking to exchange creative ideas, discover emerging artists, and forge lasting cross-border commercial ties.

According to details released by the organizers, the exhibition component of the conference will take place across two days, scheduled for October 29 and October 30, 2026. The exhibition showcase will be hosted at The Forum, located at The Campus in Bryanston. The broader ACCES 2026 music trade event itself is set to run over four days, spanning from October 28 through October 31, 2026.

Music In Africa reported that interested participants can select from four distinct exhibition tiers tailored to accommodate different operational scales and organizational needs. The base option, titled the Artist & Entrepreneur Hub, is priced at $350 and is specifically structured for individual musicians, emerging start-ups, independent record labels, and developing creative enterprises. This entry-level hub includes promotional visibility through the Music In Africa network.

For established commercial entities, the organizers offer a Standard Hub, which includes essential physical setup items such as a television display screen, a conference table, and two chairs. For larger corporate brands seeking a tailor-made presentation, ACCES provides the Premium Custom Hub package, featuring a custom-built and fully branded structure, a premium client lounge, a dedicated reception counter, executive networking access, VIP event benefits, and a digital promotional campaign offering one million impressions.

The largest available option is the Signature Pavilion, measuring 7 by 3 meters. Tailored for flagship industry brands and key strategic partners, this top-tier package incorporates an executive lounge, a reception area, a two-month premium marketing campaign, one million digital impressions, VIP and networking privileges, and potential speaking opportunities subject to scheduling availability.

Organizations and independent creators interested in securing exhibition space can access full package specifications, hub designs, floor plans, delegate inclusions, and reservation forms through the official conference materials, according to Music In Africa.
