More than 130 students representing over 40 HBCUs have been named to this year's national HBCU Student Ambassador class — a program designed to bridge the gap between students, brands, and the recruiters trying to reach them.

Ambassadors will lead campus activations, host brand-sponsored events, and act as the on-the-ground voice for partners looking to authentically engage with HBCU students. The roles come with stipends, internship pipelines, and direct mentorship from industry leaders.

For students, the program is more than a resume line. It's a launchpad — connecting the next generation of HBCU talent with the companies that want to hire them.
